What Unites Us Most?

As we journey through the entrepreneurial venture of Lindenwood, I reflect on our purpose often. Why do we build a new company? Why do I make that next awkward call? Why do I introduce myself to the next person in line at the coffee shop?

We are building a new platform with the emphasis on building deeper human relationships through right technologies utilized by your business. This platform is called  Consociato, meaning “to associate, unite, join together, or share.” This name was intentionally picked to reveal Lindenwood’s purpose, and, in my opinion, our greater purpose as Christians.

Jn 18: 20-21“I pray not only for them, but also those who believe in me through their word, so that they may all be one, as you, Father, are in me and I in you, that they also may be in us, that the world may believe that you sent me.”

Jesus desires unity for all of His beloved. United in our belief in Himself as the Son sent from the Father. I believe all unity must come from this fundamental belief, and all purpose must come from this great desire of the One who loved us first.

All aspects of our lives, including business, are properly ordered only under a greater purpose as the end. With this in mind, let our business interactions lead to a greater unity under Christ, seeking the goodness of all parties involved, and encouraging conformity to Christ in the relationships that are built. That they all may be united, joined together, shared.

Consociato.
